Coaster Catalogue

41 cut designs across five collections, in plywood or acrylic. Set your material and size, pick what you like, and send us the list.

Pick your designs, we quote the set

Every design below is cut on our laser here in Nairobi, in plywood or acrylic. Set the material and size once — the previews follow your choice — then tap through the collections. The Cut Patterns come round or square; that choice sits on the collection itself, and you can flip any single design on its card. Nothing is ordered until we have talked; this just tells us exactly what you are after.

Want your own logo on it? The Plain & Engraved blanks (40–41) take your logo, a name or a date engraved into the face.

Common Questions

What is the minimum order?

Four pieces. Most people order a set of four or six, and corporate orders usually run from fifty upwards.

How much do they cost?

It depends on the design, the size, the thickness and how many you need — the fine-detail cuts take longer on the laser than the bold ones. Send us your list and we will quote the exact set.

What is the difference between 3 mm and 4 mm plywood?

3 mm is our standard, in a natural raw wood finish. 4 mm is noticeably heavier and more substantial in the hand, and costs more.

What acrylic do you stock?

3 mm, in clear, black, red and white. That is the only acrylic thickness we hold, so acrylic orders are always 3 mm. Cut edges come out flame-polished and glossy.

Plywood or acrylic — which should I pick?

Plywood is warmer, lighter and the usual choice for a home or a gift set. Acrylic is glossy, wipes clean and suits bars, restaurants and anything branded. One thing to know: acrylic is brittler than plywood, so the fine-detail designs want 90 mm or more in acrylic where they would cope at 80 mm in ply.

How do they come — do you box them?

Three ways. Just the coasters as a finished set; in a finger-jointed wooden box with a lid that lifts off over the top; or on a slotted stand that holds them upright on the table. The box and the stand are both cut to fit the set they are made for — sets usually run to four or six, but the count is flexible, so tell us what you want and we will size it. The box lid can also be engraved with your logo. Pick the one you want above and it goes on the list with your designs.

Can you engrave our company logo?

Yes. Pick one of the Plain & Engraved blanks (40 or 41), tell us the wording, and we will ask you for your logo file when we reply. Vector artwork gives the cleanest result, but we can work from a good PNG.

Can you cut a design that is not in this catalogue?

Usually. Send us a reference or your own artwork on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether it will cut cleanly at coaster size.

How long does it take?

Small sets are often same or next day. Larger runs and anything needing custom artwork vary — we will give you a date when we quote.

Something specific in mind?

If none of these are quite it, send us your reference and we will tell you if it cuts.
